Overview

Woodstock Building Associates is a custom home design-build firm seeking a Carpenter to support residential construction projects. This role involves working with a team to complete high-quality building and finishing work across a variety of custom homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential construction projects under the direction of a lead carpenter or supervisor
• Perform tasks including demolition, light framing, finish carpentry, and painting
• Follow project plans, specifications, and local building codes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
• Travel to job sites as needed

Qualifications

• 2 to 4+ years of residential carpentry or construction experience
• Knowledge of job site safety practices
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to meet company safety requirements

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $40,000 to $55,000 annually, based on experience
