Woodstock Building Associates&nbsp;Carpenter/Craftsman&nbsp;Franklin, MA.&nbsp;We are a Woodstock, CT, and Franklin, MA-based custom home design-build firm. We are a small family-focused organization that is passionate about our mutual success.&nbsp;We are looking for construction workers with diverse skills including demolition, light framing, finish carpentry, painting, etc.In this role, you will assist on our projects using your variety of skills and team player mindset while conforming to local building codes.&nbsp;Qualifications&nbsp;<ul><li>2-4 plus years of residential carpentry experience is a must&nbsp;</li><li>Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as the ability to complete a company-specific safety orientation&nbsp;</li><li>Must have a strong work ethic and take pride in all work&nbsp;</li><li>Strong communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Must possess ability to read building codes, blueprints, and drawings&nbsp;</li><li>Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and tools of the trade required&nbsp;</li><li>Must be willing to pass a criminal background check in compliance with regulations </li><li>Drug &amp; Alcohol-free workplace&nbsp;</li><li>Must have a good driving record &amp; reliable transportation&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds&nbsp;</li></ul>Salary and Benefits&nbsp;<ul><li>$45,000 - $55,000 per year.- Negotiable, commensurate with experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Health Insurance&nbsp;</li><li>401K&nbsp;</li><li>Paid Time off</li></ul>
