Learn more at: https://wbahomes.com/ Responsibilities:<ul><li>Reading blueprints, plans, specs and instructions</li><li>Using hand and power tools</li><li>Rough framing of walls, ceilings, flooring and roofs</li><li>Finish carpentry including hanging crown moldings, installing window/door casings and</li><li>baseboards, installing fixtures and hardware, cabinet installation</li><li>Shoring erection, repair/replacement of patios, decks, doors, cabinets, appliances and necessary demolition</li><li>May also include drywall, patching, and painting</li><li>Checking the accuracy of completed work in accordance with the plans</li><li>Other qualifications and responsibilities might arise as deemed necessary by circumstances</li><li>Supervising crews and subs on site</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Must have 5+ years carpentry experience and knowledge of remodeling Proficiency in all trades, Including; frame to finish</li><li>Must have a strong work ethic and take pride in all work</li><li>The ability to work efficiently without wasting materials and possessing reliable transportation and tools</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Must possess ability to read building codes, blueprints, and drawings</li><li>Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and tools of the trade required</li><li>Must be willing to pass a criminal background check in compliance with regulations</li></ul> Salary and Benefits:<ul><li>$65,000 - $75,000 per year.- Negotiable, commensurate with experience.</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>401K</li><li>Paid Time off</li></ul>
